While some are uber chic, it also includes pieces that are a small more laid-back and teasing.
With Jewel by Lisa, It’s more about how she can regularly play with the Ankara fabric in collections and bring out designs that are inventive and fresh! With this collection, we see a different edge to her designs; she takes a revolutionary approach with some of the featured pieces with interesting patch dresses, what looks like a paint splatter print trench, and also theatrical shoulders! While I praise her for taking a different and quite an intriguing approach with some of the pieces in this album, however there are a few pieces that still remain a blast from the past. The beauty of this collection by Jewel by Lisa lies in the lush of the colors, her amazing craft and its communication with the various fabrics and textures in creating finely tailored garments that flatter the womanly frame.
