The Sherwani originated in Central Asia and was the court dress of aristocracy of Turkish and Persian origin in the Delhi Sultanate and Mughal Empire, before being Matrix appears to be a mixture of a Nehru jacket and a Sherwani, or a single breasted cassock. The grooms sherwani is unfinished without the ghatcholas, flowing kurtas with churidars and jooties or Indian sandals.
