The Poker Face hitmaker ranked No. 1 on the style list for the spring, according to the Global Language Monitor.
The 23-year-old was said to have pipped Michelle Obama in the oh-so-fashionable list with the US First Lady sitting on No.15, reports the New York Daily News. The star is known for sending shock waves with her outlandish costumes and bizarre stage antics.
